Glass Lined Double Cone Vacuum Dryer

Glasss-lined dryer, a double-cone type rotary cacuum dryer, offers efficient drying and blending by tumbling action of the materials effected by the rotation of the vessel and the internal vacuum and jacket heating operation. A double inverted cone design ensures a thorough mix and homogeneous product so that drying is both controlled and fast.The inside of most units is essentially unobstructed. Internal sprays, however,for dedusting and for granulation can be fitted as optional extras.
Rotary dryers are used for the blending and drying of solid products. Vapor is exhausted through a pipe made of Hastelloy with a filter upon request.
Pressure: For an internal design pressure of full vacuum and a jacket design pressure of -1 bar to 6 bar.
Temperature range: 0 Degrees C. to plus 200 Degrees C. |
