SSC600-NG 3-Point Setting Centrifugal
It is used as a kind of high speed centrifuge and it is a great break through on the base of general 3-point centrifuge, Its novel design greatly increases the setting speed of materials.
Main usage:
It is a kind of centrifuge with skimming tube, suitable for clarifying suspension with medium size and fine particles. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry etc. Also used as the main equipment for previous treatment process of the tubular separator.
Main Features:
1. There are 3 working modes for customers to choose according of different materials. they are continuous separation, interval separation, and one-time separation. The clarified liquid can be drained off from skimming tube or liquid baffle.
2. The separation factor is very high and the production capacity is great.Its hand brake can shorten the operation period.
3. Adopting centrifugal clutch can make the drum start slowly and avoid overload
4. All parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel.
5. The cover of drum and drum are designed into 2 bodies. Due to the novel and advanced structure it is convenient for wiping out the solid material making washing in all directions come true which accords with the GMP standard.
6. The structure is simple and is convenient for operation and maintenance.
